Young, fast, strong, hardworking, confident, humble and to top it all a great personality and a good shoulder on his head. In a world that is full of people who seek admiration its a great joy to find one who is worthy of it. I look forward to watching him in future.

I'm not so sure about personality...seems his personality is what forces Managers to loan him out year in year out.

That was an inspired substitution ....still, a very fine display by Origi - credit to Howard for stopping so many..I hope Origi starts in the quarters, Lukaku should be suck it up and play his super sub role from here on

Guy has major issues, rem Jose Mourinho saying ask Lukaku why he gets loaned out every season on the last day of transfer window...don't ask me. Says a lot when two diff managers loan you out back to back.

I started this post almost 4 years ago. I am just bringing it up to gloat and brag and boast that I was so right... I love being right. The boy has been consistent for the last 4 years.

Kularaha, do you think Mourinho still has the same question? 3 goals with 36 more games left in the season.

Not all great players make good role models but this guy does.

Many people focus on just talent as the reason for success but listen to how he breaks it down in this video. Confidence, a hunger to get better, passion, studying and just plain old hard work.

I love watching videos of top athletes early years to see what qualities they exhibited when they were yet unknown that made them great.

Here is one of my favourites. This one is of Venus and Serena Williams when they were 11 and 12 years old. Most revealing for me is Serena's answer when the interviewer asks her who she wants to be like when she grows up ( around 1:25) and also the dad's description of Serena Williams(around 4:40). Watch this video and then reflect that it was made in 1992. Its very interesting to look at the Serena Williams of 2017 and try and see if you can pick out the qualities that have brought her so much success in a video of her 25 years ago.
