The Defence Ministry has made a public appeal for information on the unprofessional conduct by Kenya Defence Forces troops amid claims of looting during the Westgate Mall rescue operation.

The only people who can give a report are the wives/husbands and children of the soldiers because they are the ones who have witnessed a sudden change in lifestyle!!! or ask that 'witnesser' in kama vindeo,ni kama ndrama...
...But seriously? Did the soldiers shoot the CCTV cameras...
