Can he be sued/prosecuted for exposing NSIS agent in bad faith?

I am not sure he can be sued and even if he would, I guess the state may not be willing to do that because of all the noise that would come from the media. The problem with Kenyan's is that they follow everything the media says without engaging their God given thoughts or even analysis of the situation.

Many have considered Mohammed Ali a hero in the past but we must not folllow him blindly because we do not know where he would want to take us.

I lost my trust on him when he and Namu did a terrible mistake on the kabuga story and even when it was clear to everyone that the journalist were off the mark, they did not tell their fans "you know guys, we are sorry we were wrong"

MOHA and KTN for now are a liability in the war against terror

Look for that documentary. Even with goggles on, you will notice that the exposure to the NSI guy was biased if not in bad faith.

The editorial department of KTN is also to blame. Really what had the documentary to do with all the many photo's they showed of a very key undercover NSI agent. Why were they showing him and not just one photo or two of the man? They should have edited.
