I was interested in their Cape garden project about 2 years ago. Financial strain forced me out of it. The project was on Syokimau katani road. Unfortunately, their website does not indicate if it was ever completed, which to me would be a critical pointer in their capacity. There was a thread here on Top 20 Richest kenyan under 40years and the gentleman i was dealing with was listed as one of them..

I am interested in Olduvai project though and plans to visit once i am back.

@Josiah33 ,Oletepesi is no deal. You can get an acre at about 150k. Do the maths. The road is currently terrible and place quite hot and remote.

1/8th is not worth unless you are buying 100s of acres

Correct. Got a couple of acres for 95K each, though 2-3 years ago.

I bought into Cape Garden - the plots not the houses. The transaction took a while but no complains. The houses were temporarily halted following the spike on interest rates, but not sure whether they begun construction this year.

Good insight. I realize, One of the reasons why folks go for plots sold by companies is to avoid the hustle of getting title changed etc etc.

how better do you advice guys to get that land cheaper from real owners, considering most are employed, or are busy?

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
