While cord is busy payukaring referendum jubilee is making inroads in its strongholds going by events happening at the coast .
waiting to see how CORD will respond to jubilee clever strategy at the coast.
if coast swings jubilee then 2017 will be the knockout blow Applause Applause

In what appeared to be a change of heart, the leaders Friday showered praise on President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto for addressing the land problem. The excited leaders fell short of declaring support for Jubilee come the next General Election and instead said “the people will decide”

2017 is so far! Dynamics will change several times over. Who knew about Jubilee or Cord. in June 2012?

Whether Jubilee, CORD blah blah etc, doing the right/correct thing matters alot. If people deserve titledeeds, give them and move on.

2017/2018 results are obvious, no need to lose sleep over that.

when I got my first piece of land... i felt proud and accomplished (it cost me an arm and a leg - but that is a different matter). I can only imagine how empowered the people of coast are feeling now! for older folk - that they have something that they can leave to their kids with a degree of surety that its theirs to do as the plan. an inheritance! for younger folk - a factor of production! a source of livelihood... finally the people of coast can start saying

while agree with you about getting the title deeds it would also be naive not to look at the political angle.
