Will they order both our PORK and DPORK to be physically present in Hague during the entire trial? If they do what will happen?
Pliz don’t say it can’t happen that’s not the answer I want; the imperial powers are capable of doing anything going by what happened in Libya, Egypt & Syria.. n we need to be prepared!

Zimbabwe seems to be the key. African countries will band to protect their own.

Then a stalemate. Then fever.

The rest depends on State craft.

ICC would wish to maintain status quo - accused persons should never think they will get immunity by getting mandate from people. To do otherwise they will be setting a precedent.
The other weighty factor is that the sovereign Kenyan people have given these two some mandate and expect them to exercise the same!
So what factor will carry the day? To me it increasingly appears ICC will want to maintain status quo…

All political players, ICC included, are under great pressure and are expected to play hard. For, each player seems to be in a 'battle of essences'.

But whichever the scenario, the best solution is one which affirms and balances most of the institutions and interests involved. If 'we' are to do any preparations, then we could start here.

That's what I thought as icc judges have a job to keep, the west a face to save, icc a reputation to safeguard. People are selfish by nature, so these interests could overide those of the suspects n their citizenry!

African countries will do what? Do you remember Gaddafi's Libya? The imperialists crossed the Atlantic in the pretext that they could not allow such instability near their 'clean' continent. They aided the rebels mainly by airpower and Gadaffi was out despite AU being on his side in a diplomatic effort led by South Africa.

Face it. If they want to, they wont care about lives lost in Kenya.

Can't succeed in Kenya. King of Kings had little support in a country of only 6m total population. UK has a massive support in inaccessible CENTRAL. It will be a tall order! Not unless:
1. They can blow up over 10 heavily populated counties, 2. Blow up the Arbadares n Mt Kenya,
3. March into a very hostile n bitter territory then
4. Get somebody else other than OAR to "take over".

Ngumu.

If they fail to appear, warrant of arrest pap. Plus a ban of foreign travel for close family members. If they attend full time, country could become fragile. We're in a massive crater not hole
