After more than 12 hours of debate, (Its only lawmakers high on something who can hold a debate lasting that long  ) the House of representatives passed the bill to legalize it. The the bill now goes to the country's senate where it will definitely sail through...Ooops!!! I can see tourists flocking there to 'enjoy' this extra ordinary attraction.

The Netherlands for example has managed the consumption of soft drugs for decades now. The sky has not caved on their heads.
In other places, possession of small amounts marijuana is a 'misdemeanour' type offence. Hapa Kenya if you are caught with one roll of weed its 7 years inside! Tuko nyuma sana.

Uhuru.. ebu wake-up and introduce this one here Very nutritious vegetables, makes high quality clothes and has medicinal properties. Si the outlaw smoking it and legalize eating?
