THIS IS SHAMEFUL! Jameni...and now what is this "Certificate of withholding tax on government securities" I received this from Central bank...Deducted Ksh 5,000 from my money and reminded me that I have received a discount of ksh 28,000...They are supposed to take 15%. They had already taxed my profit...Isn't this double taxation...Please somebody in the know shed some more light...Whether the money is supposed to be taxed twice.... Corruption and wasteful government expenditure could be back to the levels witnessed during Nyayo's era. At this rate, I see no more than one term.

Where is this digital government going? kenyan voters vote based on communities not issues and as long as tyranny of numbers is there leaders will always come from certain communities.

This may appear to be so. But the digital world is an opportunity to live in a golden age. If there are people who may be deaf and dumb, then they are the tech 'savvy'.
