A hyena is known to follow a human being with it's eyes trained on the swinging arms.All expectations then are that at list one arm will fall off and it will have a square meal.This has never happened and so many hyenas have died of starvation.......anyway.Hope is a good thing! Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Rutto knows that he is nolonger answerable to URP since his performance will dictated his election in 2017 and as it stand, blaming central government will actually help him.
