Guys i need help. want to invest on a piece of land preferably a quarter or half acre. got some in the following areas:

1. juja behind ndarugo hotel being sold by lloyds at 1,575,000 per quarter,murrum soil.

2. thika being sold by lloyds at 2.5 million,half acre next to old maki estate.

3. quarter acre being sold by CVL near kari at 850,000.

please advice if they are good buys,which ones,or if there are better ones out there.( but genuine)
