Seems cousin barry left our southern neighbours with some ideas.they have now introduced a monthly tax of 1000TZ shillings per sim card .how on earth will they implement it..

very easy to implement...raise the services rates.
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

but according to that report most TZs do not even use that much airtime per month

TSH 1,000 = KES 53.

When u load we deduct the due amount till its fully paid then u can start using your airtime.
