Start with MK who stole the vote,took power in questionable circumstances,and decided to cling to it even as kenyans slaughtered one another in protest.
Next,take RO for not conceding to the theft of his votes even when blood was being spilt as a result.
Be careful though,Ocampo,not to spark fresh violence.

Again,suppose you have two patients,one who is dying anyway whatever you do,and another who has a good chance of survival if taken care of,where would do you concentrate your efforts.
