Seeking wazuans opinion;
which is the better option-
buy a 100x100 plot at mai mahiu, 3kms from mombasa rd at machakos junction , buy a half acre at pundamilia-makuyu ama uweke nyumba stima at new rates (any body with an idea new applications be revert to KShs 35,000.00 or below?)

All the options are same price?

Personally, in order,

1. 3KM plot at Machakos Junction.
2. Stima.
3. Mai Mahiu plot. (no much information about the area).

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
