Construction requirements to build??

I am interested in building a house on a plot i have. I have all nema approvals and necessary ccn approvals and want to build the house myself with a foreman and other workers and operate as my own contractor.
However i am not sure about the construction permits required to do so and where to apply for them and also whether i would need a builders licence to do so?
If anyone could kindly spare any knowledge please?

I think they have set 5 or 10 m as the limit Building approval permits are issued by the Local County Government on application by a registered architect. For Nairobi, they are applied online from here http://www.ccn-ecp.or.ke/index.php/faqsAs Iron Sharpens Iron, So one Man Sharpens Another.
