As a Jubilant,I have no option but to support the learned friend Ahmednassir,he has seen the light and will not criticize the highway and Makau Mutua can go to hell with his gay movement and crystal balls.

I was baffled too by his hardhitting points. He has constantly been anti-icc but roundi this he has made big claims on Raila and European powers. I have always found the Raila link far fetched but some recent events leave me confused

well said bwana ahmednasir. I liked this guy during the petition when Smoking Wanjala asked him if he is trying to dictate what the court should rule and he confidently said yes. Talk of confidence!

We are our own worst enemies...we dont have the will power and the strength to bring perpetrators of injustices to book...we like glorifying guys who have shed innocent blood and let them even enjoy power,lording over us the more...we will never change this is a vicious never ending cycle...over and over again but as long as you arent affected why should you care...make your point known by talking on behalf of others who saw their families being maimed and killed/someone who doesnt have food or shelter...one day though all the wrongs will be made right and it wont be by the ICC or AU...

What's baffling here? Why do we like pretending like we don't already know the truth. There's nothing new here. The evidence is in the public gallery. I am still waiting for Bensouda to go ahead with the case.

I fully support withdrawal from ICC by Africa countries. But I think they should conclude the existing cases since they have advanced on them. We should also not forget that we were not arm-twisted into the Rome statute. So let's deal with future cases here but current ones to proceed to conclusion.

BBI will solve it :)
