Yes he has always drawn mind and even in this case he has done so.

I dont think he has changed its just that he went overboard.It was abit extreme.

More so to our saved DP.

I still think Ruto's deal makes sense if it's 100M annually. if the evidence on this video is true, OAR used to blow upto 32M per trip!!
