Well..well...well. I thought it was only me.
Marende and Muturi are worlds apart. Considering the challenges of the 10th parliament and how marende handled them....I think he was a saint, or Muturi must pull up his socks...MPs are referred to as Honourable so and so in parliament, not Mr, but that is just the tip of the iceberg.

- he sits in a committee that is discussing the MPs push for higher salaries.
- discusses controversial parliamentary matters outside parliament.
- does not seem to be in control of the House.
- he is clearly taking sides

Even Recycled Ole Kaparo could have done a better Job.

This Muturi is arrogant, detached and is absolutely not passionate about his Job.

A speaker should NEVER by either act or implication be seen to be partisan. He can only keep this job if the Jubilee MP's have their way and cares less about anything else.
