We need a system as clean as pambaa:

IEBC cannot be trusted to handle the next general elections.

The judiciary cannot be trusted to handle election disputes.

Yet to come:

Kenyans cannot be trusted to elect their own leaders.

It has ALREADY come! Apparently because we cannot be trusted to elect the "right" president [even with the 50% + 1 requirement!], Kenya should change from a presidential to a parliamentary system!!! See link to the RAO's speech on the "Parliamentary System..." thread.

The more this guy talks, the more I realize Kenyans made the right decision..I mean seriously, it's my way or the highway mentality..this guy would have manipulated every institution..ala moi, to perpetually remain in power like mugabe had he gotten that seat..thank God for small mercies..

He will find a way to get back into bunge..

If RAO goes back to bunge, it will be a shame.

He needs to re-invent himself. His time has passed.

Yesterday Raila said we need a parliamentary system since a presidential system creates divisions.

Well this was his stand b4 we passed the constitution but he changed his mind for the presidential system when he saw he might become the next president...When I was queuing to vote "No" (I was against the presidential system)He was on the queue of status quo having tasted the sweetness of presidential power as a co-principal.

Now he is back home trying to convince me that I was right all a long...what an idiot.

Our institutions are fantastic but this presidential system will be the end of us.as long as our elections will be a zero game kind of a contest expect tribal animosity and acrimonious elections to be modus operandi.
