Ok, I have some plots i want to sell.

One is in Milimani Area next to Milimani School. Upmarket residential area in Kitengela. Price 4.2m for two 1/4 (1/2 an acre but with two titles). This is actually a good deal. This is not my personal property but the guy who sells to me is offering it to me and i am abit tight on cash. If i had money, I'd buy this one.

I have some two 1/8 plots to sell at New Valley. Each at 2m. Heavily developed neighborhood built. Two water lines for supply - one for EPZ and one for Borehole. These two are in my name.
