Actually the myth I heard about Jomo Kenyatta as I grew up could be true; i was told that Kenyatta's father was not known and that he was adopted by somebody called Muigai. The New Vision story appears credible but like so many other things in Kenya we will never know the truth. What ever the truth, it will not affect anything since Jomo Kenyatta was brought up a Kikuyu and his current progeny is Kikuyu. Thats a fact that no historian can change.
