about 350-400k per acre as dof dec last year

Where in Endarasha are you interested in buying? Prices can vary from Ksh150k to Ksh600k per acre...

I don't know the place well but it would be helpful if u told me which parts of endarasha u can get an acre for sh.150,000 to sh.250,000. Do u know any seller or land selling company that sells land there?

Basically, if you know Endarasha town, all the areas towards the Aberdares (Charity, Watuka etc) as well as Mutero) are 350k plus. All the areas between Muthuini and Endarasha are around 150-300k mark. I know an agent who'll revert with sellers if any...
