At last check (about 7am today), he was far ahead of Karua, Kiyapi and Muite. He was steadily closing-in on Kenneth.

It's amazing considering that he only came into the public domain on nomination day and hardly did any "visible' campaign.

Perhaps all 'donkeys' in this race should take lessons from him.

At the end of the day, Dida and Karua will present a good study of contrasts for a master's degree in politics!

My take is that he was the greatest beneficially of the Presidential Debates.
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

People said those debates didn't change anything, I strongly feel they did. Future candidates will take those things seriously.

He never even campaigned! Though I can guarantee you his votes are mostly based on religious constituency, at least the hard core ones. Look at North Eastern.

I would love to pick the brains of someone who voted for Dida and was not influenced by Religion nor community.

Lol. So voting along tribal lines is superior to 'religion' and 'community'?

That is besides the point. We are just trying to find out how somehow a newbie who did not even campaign can defeat veterans like MK and PK?

I don't know why I saw 'Madeemoni phenomenon'
