@akowally i agree with you if he is guilty''',this case raises alot of issues which that guy will bring up in his appeal( if its not a case where his business partners are trying to' fix him'). First there were may contradictions in the hearing stating from the investigating officers admiting irregularities in his prosecution,lying that the file had been taken to the AG to the children not remembering the guy and place,dates and year of the of when the offences were commited against them.
Two,the presiding magistrate seems to have decided the case purely on the newspaper stories as opposed to evidence given in court,thus failure to quote any legal precedent.
Lastly,the standard of prove in a criminal case is that of beyong reasonable doubt,however,in this case the magistrate seems to have applied a much lower standard of probability..
