ICC cases as they are currently may not hold. The investigations were hurriedly and shoddily done.
If that happens there will be a new investigation....which may lead to RAO and Kibaki being prosecuted.
If CORD wins.... G7 may regroup in parliament and have the president impeached.... the constitution says that.... if the president is impeached the Deputy president becomes president for the remainder of the term.
Kalonzo may just realize his dreams.... if CORD wins next week.

And there you go again. OAR as president can be impeached and taken to Hague but UHURUTO as president and deputy, Kenya becomes a sovereign state that cannot be dictated to by the west and its machinery. Sweetheart, I guess you have not read the new constitution. Please read Articles 145 and 146. This has nothing to do with the West.

What @ liv is suggesting could happen even to UMK. He is not referring to sanctions but to ways through which the DP could become the main man. This is entirely a KENYAN thing Remove the election emotions from this na mtaona!

At least for UHURUTO, it has already happened in our lifetime. In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. What is this 'unlikely event' again? In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen
