Anyone knows the qualifications/experience of this guy? He lacks emotional intelligence particularly when it comes to wazua's own, RAO. Why would he issue a government statement on RAO being cheered or Jubilee being jeered....in Nyanza. It's Nyanza for Pete's sake. This was a non incident not worthy of that airtime. But it's not so much what he says but how he says it that leaves a lot to be desired.
