I have heard debates from both sides. CORD and Jubilee. They are both very confident of winning no matter what. That is VERY Unhealthy.

I suppose most of us in Wazua are very educated, and can reason rationally. The sad part is, we reason "tribally" and it borders on sycophancy. If thats who we are, what about those who aren't as educated?

Please stop the hate and fear mongering.

Please Pray For Kenya. At this point all I want is Peace.
Peace in our Homeland.

I hope we do the same thing like what the presidential candidates did after the debate. We need to acknowledge each other, forget the vitriol, shake hands, hug, laugh, hold each other's kid(s), engage in positive change and growth of this country. I'm surrounded by friends from different tribes. My case is not unique. Infact it's replicated by millions of others. May peace prevail.

If you go to a kindergarten, you will be amazed @ how all those kids behave. They treat each other as equals and knows no tribe. They engange in positive competition when playing and its just amazing.

They come to be tribal because we (the Adults) teach them to.
We need to work extra hard to ensure that that generation doesnt become as tribal as we are.

May peace be with us all.

I will stand and be counted as a peace loving Kenyan. I will not spread hate messages, i will encourage peace.

And yes, i remember how they shook hands, hugged, held each others grandchildren after the debate, we must do that too.

....above all, to stand.

There is no way we can live this way in Kenya anymore.

We must FIGHT against,
- Hunger,
- Unemployment,
- Insecurity,
- Illiteracy,
- Disease,
- Negative Ethnicity cum Arrogance,
- Laziness
Receive with simplicity everything that happens to you.” ― Rashi
