Continously Uhuru's tried to discredit this 'important' witness until he widhdrew his involvement in the ICC case....there have been cases of other witnesses in the 'govt' case being threatened or eliminated!!!

All this time, the case against WSR remains intact.......is this man being played? will he be sacrifice after he brings in the 'numbers'

....we are now live at the ICC!!!

Stop twisting it. They are two different unrelated cases and the end result is justice not sacrifice.

Mr Muthaura confirms he will attend his case as per terms of the court.

Netherlands gives all suspects 12 months visa to stay there. Wow, its gonna be a long time away from home.

Videolink request to be filed by 28 Feb in writing with full legal basis.

He is not helpinghis fellow suspect to also get out of the hook....the bigger picture, WRS is somehow being fattenned, watch this space!!

Just for your information, there is a legal disposition taken by Witness#4 under a New York State's Notary Public on february 2nd 2009, where the so-called Prosecutor Principal Witness Confess under the oath that all his claims were lies and never ever met Uhuru or been in State House.Its Prosecutor who concealed this information from the Pre-trial Judges, otherwise the accused would not had been confirmed for a trial !!

WE are assuming that the decision was totally based on Witness 4 only?
