Hi guys! I would like to hear your opinion on this. I am currently on a full time job but get alot of consultancies on the side. I also design and sell fashion wear,which too has potential. Most jobs come through referrals and my clients are mainly NGOs. My full time job is low paying with minimal benefits and little motivation financially- my net comes down to 26k yet i am a masters student with 5 yrs experience- my motivation for the job is the impact it has on the disabled people in the community but of late my heart isnt just in the job any more. The pay in consultancy is good and one can earn me as much as my 6 months salary in 2 weeks- note that i havent marketed my services but every 4 months i get a referal or a repeat client. I'm thinking of going full time into consultancy,what are some of the key issues in the industry? and what are the registration requirements? your input and experience is highly appreciated.
