In large organizations and companies, staff support different aspirants and parties. Staff may have differences which may affect production. Which mitigation measures do companies put in place
Doors of opportunity don't just open , they have to be unlocked & it's up to you to turn the knob.

If they have time to discuss politics, they're too idle. Give them more work to do.

Given Kenyans propensity for politics, its bound to happen and its inevitable.

Most of the guys posting threads here (myself included) pretend to be busy working but are just gushing on the social sites.

As for me, i remind my employees to keep one eye on the prize, least they go home hungry.
