The ICC has summoned Uhuru and Ruto for a status conference on 14th Feb at 1400GMT.
Witness number 4 who apparently was crucial in the confirmation of the trials has withdrawn.
Uhuruto eligibility case in Kenya starting this week.
This is going to be an interesting month.
