is there someone, preferably who's dealt with oil marketers and willing to share some insights & reasonable numbers one would charge for lease of land approx. 0.25acre in an upmarket area to a multinational oil marketer?
an oil marketer has approached me to lease them the said plot to set up shop for a gas station.
