Mboi-Kamiti plots at Anmer and Kiora Estates

I'm being advised that these mboi-kamiti estates were subdivided into 40x80 plots and some owners are selling @600k. They say the titles are in process and should be out in 3 months.
Anyone with info on this? If genuine, it can be a goldmine..

The estates are about 3kms from Kirigiti kiambu next to Migaa estate and tatu city along kiambu-komothai rd. i was there and true they are subdivided. The office advised that once you agree with a seller, the transfers are done during the board meetings that are held monthly at a cost of 50k. The question is if those allocated are the real shareholders and if there are any issues related to the subdivision? Anyone with info pls assist....

Once again @ duky I advice, be very careful. Mbo-i-Kamiti is one place where due diligence should be excercised at the maximum. Don't just buy anything because the office confirmed. People have been conned this way over the last 6 or so years.

Just wait for the titles to be out. Was once offer a quarter at 500k last year bya guy who claims to be the treasurer. But i know they got approval for 40x80s.

My advice dont touch this is one area where people have lost lives due to feuds among members there is also a case of involving NBK. It's easy for investors to get emotional and prejudiced when trading, but computers don't
