What is the going price for 50X100 plot in Wanyororo B? in Nakuru County. I'm planning a subdivision on 1 acre soon. Farming sucks! Thanks.

also looking for land/plot up to 500k in gachororo area juja or past that area called sewage
preference is red soil.

Donno much about Nakuru but I know someone selling 50*100 near the commercial center of Kambi ya Moto, along the Nakuru - Elda Ravine road for 300,000k. Anybody know this area and is it worth it?
