www.nation.co.ke Raila while in Kericho promises to bring back ICC cases to Kenya. He also promised free grants to women, youth and people aged above 65.How he intends to achieve this,he didn't say and he now supports Kalonzo's shuttle diplomacy.

Ditto! His choice of Kericho and roadside declarations is suspect. He should have called a press conference to make such an announcement or at least he would have announced while in Kibera or Siaya.

His views on shuttle diplomacy are well known, his choice of Kericho which is Kalenjin land,he didn't explain how he would bring back the cases here.

Atleast RAO has been very consistent about the ICC issue

RAO HAS BEEN CONSISTENT INDEED.

"…Meanwhile Raila would breathe hot and cold. Privately he consistently told me how much he hoped and prayed that Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto were confirmed, tried and convicted at The Hague. In fact he expressed his hope that Ruto and Uhuru would have warrants of arrests against them and that on their first appearances at The Hague they would be detained until their confirmation hearings"

AND BELOW.... IS HOW HE TRIED TO HELP PRESIDENT KIBAKI TO SAVE THE SUSPECTS
