Aspirants not nominated by midnight last night are disqualified & cannot move to other parties- IEBC.

Has RAO and UK recieved certificates on time? Or will back date to be valid?

This just means nomination window has been closed. Many certificates will be backdated 18jan. This is Kenya, iebc understands we are still evolving

It simply means the nominating the candidates aka voting ended midnignt and the rest is just completing the process- counting, tallying,dispute resolution etc. It is similar to banks closing doors at 4.00pm but customers inside the banking hall have to be served.
