Hallo Wazuans,
Still waiting to exhale on Nairobi....I cannot & am not willing to spend >10M on an Apartment in the leafy suburbs; 15M-20M for 1/2 acre in Karen etc is unaffordable. Fourways/Suraya has issuesd'oh!
After experiencing the new Thika Highway, I am now closing in on Thika Greens as an viable alternative with 1.8M Kshssmile .....Any Wazuans willing to sell??...or any Good, bad or ugly infos about this project??

Not sure about the issues. I was there a week ago. Their sales office say that most of their properties (esp the flats) are sold out for phase 2. Also gave me details of rental incomes to expect. A ~6.1M ( 2 br flat (supposedly) fetching 45k in rent. (proximity/accessibility to UNEP a major factor).

well, I was sniffing around for mortgage deals & 1-2 Banks were apprehensive about Fourways. @Tuvok, do they still have Villas on offer?
