would you consider using the stone coated tiles. they make your house look superb if its yours to live in and if its to let, houses with stone coated roof are generally going for more.

I have used nyumba for mabati hse rentals 32gauge roof and 30gauge wall and 3 years on they are great

This nyumba mabati doesn't look great even to my untrained eyes. Maisha mabati is reasonably priced and of better quality.
