Goodbye Mr. President.

For the very 1st time I have heard Kibaki appreciate Raila's leadership.

The truth just dawned.

Have you ever heard him appreciating anyone before?

I think this being his farewell speech at parliament...he is thanking everyone. He had kind words for PM, VP, Speaker, Parliament, etc.

At least i have seen some electricity lines in my village though the transformer is not yet installed. (To make the matter worse the seven folks are my neighbors, crocs feasting on human beings and livestock)
But the good that has come in the past 10 yrs supercedes the agony we have gone through, i have also seen tarmack road passing by. Congs Ubaku

He holds the record of the longest serving legislator surpassing Mois record by 2 years. I have met people from his native Othaya who hate him though.
