Vote on offer

I have faced great difficulty in going to get my voters card. But now I realize that I might as well vote. It just depends on what I will do from now, to the voting day, and after that day.
'Vote with your conscience', that is what my teachers have said. So I need to search my conscience.
Can I go up to the mountain and live a quiet life alone, enjoying nature and quiet? I certainly can, if I will it.
What I will, becomes. This is the power of my choice.
But why am I choosing to live with others? Is it because I love, or is it because I will? I will to love, not just the other, but the other just as I do myself. I am the conscious point on a circle. I am distinct yet I am every point. So there's no state of indifference.
What do I really want from these coming elections? What can one vote for in such an election?
I can only vote for a system and its players. The players are supposed to tend, and improve the operations of the system.
The system, is always just, though it needs constant improvement.
Right now the system is sick. And it is suffering from the Hague illness.
This illness began in one election and is entering into another.
Every one is infected, every one is suffering from its effects, so to think that it is about suspects only is wrong.
Because the Hague illness is systemic, we cannot hope to heal by simply doing away with some players. We also need some treatment.
If one were to ask for the symptoms of this illness then I'd point out the existence of a case in an international court followed with the fever of activity, and general voter apathy if figures on voter registration are to go by.
When one is sick, it is of no use to ask him about his property, for it is his own being that is at stake.
So politics now should be about healing and reconciliation. Otherwise, no one will succeed. How can a dying man win an arm wrestling competition?
So, which politician is working for healing and reconciliation?
Who, amongst the voters, is ready to heal the system?
So far my words have been of a writhing and convulsing man. War and strife and confusion.
But now in my own healing, do I will to heal others. I must play my role actively.
And the first thing I can do is to ask all of us, even the leaders to surrender, and accept healing and reconciliation, and accept even to lose that which they hold dear as individuals. That is the way to cool our fever. Nay, it is the path to complete healing.
I want to vote with a clear conscience and a cheerful heart, for you cannot have one and lack or disregard the other, and I am ready to work with others to achieve these objectives.
There! I put my vote on offer!

You can start by eliminating those who are "inciting" the peasants at the coast by insinuating that there is something wrong with the legal acquisition of land where "you do not come from", that our title deeds and court rulings on the same are "unfair" if "you do not come" from there. That he has a "secret system" to correct the same. This is the perennial problem that has caused Kenyans to fight. Start by voting against such, you will eventually find what you seek. Nice thoughts. Land cannot be owned. Everyone is simply a 'user' of what is provided freely by nature and nature's God. Liberty is the creation and enjoyment of property through the usage of land and natural resources. And as such, those who hold land must do so under universal and international laws, for the human is a result of migration and civilization of all people through all time; past, present and future, and as such no one claim to have come from a certain place. Thus the problems of MRC, and even DRC are signs of inadequacy in the Commonwealth at all levels. So an agreeable settlement is possibly if de facto sovereignty of the individual and the responsibilities of the State(s) and Commonwealth are defined and asserted.

I have been thinking about him, and it is clear to me that he can provide a third force that can resolve most of the problems that the country is facing. And if he is ready to tell the Jubilee and cord that Tunawesmake justice and peace and success for them and Wanjiku; and if he will do this without the precondition of seeking the presidency, then I can work with him, and in so doing, he will get more than he seeks. Yes. We need the encouragement that 'Tunawesmake'.

Yesterday, the PM said that the year of Jubilee entails the return of stolen property.
Does anyone here believe that indeed this will happen?
How will it happen? What will happen to the thieves? And what happens if everyone is found to be a thief?

Including Kisumu molasses plant? The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

Of course it can't be 100%. Estates to land had been claimed on road reserves, and the State moved in to demolish the houses. But the owners of the houses, were they stolen from by buying the rights to use the land? But you have said that the restoration can't be 100%. At what percentage of restoration should we deem the process to be just? And why is it so?
