quote from the daily nation;

Water minister Charity Ngilu has walked out of the
ODM/Wiper/Ford Kenya coalition despite taking part in
its signing ceremony on Tuesday.
The minister rejected an offer from the Coalition for
Reform and Democracy (Cord) to join them and
reopened negotiations with the TNA/URP/UDF coalition.
According to her party spokesman, Mr Alex Ng’ang’a,
Mrs Ngilu is bitter about being duped into signing a
“deceptive coalition document” which specified no
significant role for the Narc leader or her party.

Uhuru Kiniatta when asked about her yesterday in a radio interview lamented that there is nothing as bad as working with someone who has no stand. I wonder why people think wiper is indecisive!

I can see the melon gene is contagious or does it run in the family
Politics is just things to keep the people divided and foolish and put your trust in men and none of them can do nothing for you...

I think she is politically finished. What remains to be seen is whether she can carve any substantial votes from the CORD alliance. SKM is appearing to be a deft hand at manouevering.

Charity Ngilu’s NARC is curiously not listed among parties that deposited coalition agreements with the Registrar of Political Parties on Tuesday.

The list from the registrar shows that the agreement that was signed at KICC was between Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Democratic Party, Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) and FORD-Kenya.

Quote:
Kitui West MP Charles Nyamai, however, says Mrs Ngilu realised too late that she had nothing to offer either coalition.

“It is unfortunate for Mrs Ngilu because the Kamba community she claims to speak for is not with her, that’s why she was enjoined in the Cord agreement as an addendum,” Mr Nyamai said.
Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

Pole kwake. While Kenyans took to insulting Kalonzo, the guy was busy solidifying his ethnic base. Charity reminds me of Michukis reference to her style as one who is dancing wathii wa Mukamba dance. How right he was! In the end, Brother Steve has won and is vindicated. It is now clear that those coining insults against him were from Tingas side judging from the fizzling out of those insults.
