This will be very bad news for some people like VP, MaDvd, PK, Karua, etc.

It may results in changes in the coalitions again.

No so early. Read this and see what the activists said http://www.nation.co.ke/...6/-/agkk27/-/index.html

I find that title on Capital to be authored by a very ignorant editor. How did the editor know that someone else cannot file a similar case. Our Journalists seriously!!!

Sasa siasa ianze,
@mcregge did jakom sponsor this? coz he/his party new blocking Uhuruto will elicit sympathy votes and whoever they would have supported would beet him hands down.

En let him not turn around and start yapping level playing field for all.
The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence

Regardless of whatever, Uhuru + Ruto + Raila + Kalonzo + Karua will not get my vote for CEO of GoK. If any of the wins, it will not becoz of my vote.

not so fast how many votes did PNU get in 07 now add the rift vote and from the look of things WSR will convince them unless OAR has strategy and one miguna told he never has one he might not even be in the runoff .if western unite under MDVD ,voter apathy in its strongholds of coast and NE not looking good for OAR

Lets hope that Kenyans are brilliant enough because this is a great chance to can the darn group on what would seem as fair ground and open a new chapter for this country.

I also hope that chapter 6 is still a hurdle all aspirants will need to overcome.

RAO did not win in 07. He had coast, RV, NE, Ngilu (Stronger than Kalonzo in Ukambani), Mudavadi,.....plus his rigging.

He will not even make it to the second round in 2013.

I'd rather have my president jailed than have someone whose greed for power has continuously resulted to deaths. 1982 coup, 2007/08 (should have gone to court).

The fact that he has been MP for Kibera for over 20 years tells a lot. He was rated 39% in CDF management. The poorest among ALL the presidential candidates.

His supporters are unruly and sides with them calling our court system badia and people should not pay rent.

The most stupid thing any sane Kenyan would do is cast his/her vote to the Kibera MP.
Keep it simple

This is good news in the short term.
Next timeline is when the collusion agreements are deposited with the Registrar; then last day for party hopping (Is it 4th January?)

Will Ruto be swallowed by iTNA in the Ballot paper?
