Citizens of the virtual republic,

First-off, I know you love this country.

Probably, you have come across a good piece of writing and wished every Kenyan would have the chance to grasp the sentiments expressed by the writer(s).

Help to steer the country forward by sharing any spot-on article highlighting the fundamentals we have to fix in order to move forward as one Kenya.

Here's One

We can only transform our country by transforming ourselves first.

His Majesty the King of Popular Music (RIP)did a song whose words I wish every bringer of change knew by heart.

...if wanna make the world
A better place
Take a look at yourself
and make that
Change

No one is listening to the voices of reason among us!

The obsession with tribal arithmetic may win elections, but fundamental issues within our country will remain unresolved.

Sharing appointments along tribal lines may lead to a bloated public sector due to the pressure to accommodate the needs of every tribal kingpin.

No one is telling us how they'll tackle corruption. Sad

No one is telling how how they'll manage the country's finances (especially the growing BOT). The BOT stood at $ 4.3 Billion against our favour by Sept(2011).

Our shilling is still exposed. Remember last year?

Most kenyans do not even know what they want.
All they say is 'we want change'.What kind of change? where?
To many, having a leader from their community is enough change.
Tranforming my country starts with transforming my life and immediate environment.
If we all do that,it will spiral,cz we all take responsibility.
If my impact cannot be felt there, then am useless.
Better die and give up space for a worthy individual.

The problem is when you say “us “ might be meaning you, Kenyans always move through euphoria see how they do in sports, European premier and all even some committing suicide and others saying “our” team while talking about Barça Chelsea and all , it’s the same thing in politics. Guys drove all the way to Nakuru Afraha stadium to listen to the lies, yesterday others were at KICC, and got to see how many jobless fellows we’ve got around coz imagining 30% of those around were on sick off, out of office, civil servants or don’t have official jobs. They went to listen to the same lies and come mid 2013 they will start singing the same anthem “tunaomba serikali “None has said how they will create jobs, tackle insecurity, we have not seen what they will do (in paper) when they get elected but as usual Kenyans will not even read if it was on paper it will be mtu wetu no matter the project. «Kenyans peculiar habits”

Dude, football is universal, just leave it.

Back to what we can do to transform our country, elect the kind of president i would bring out the best in us,managing our resources like our lives depends on them.
But first, register as a voter, then educate everyone who cares listen.

PK-Tuju are two guys who can do us proud ,economically.
