I'm starting this in response to @intelligentsia's suggestion..

I want a just Kenya, where justice is done and seen to be done.
A country where meritocracy rules and there is rule of law and economic crimes carry long sentences and extremely heavy fines. Contractors who don't fulfill their contractual obligations punished severely on top of non payment.
A country where historical injustices are addressed exhaustively with compensations where possible, punishment to the perpetrators and forgiveness from the victims.

A place where the business environment allows private sector to prosper with appropriate policies to support growth, nurture talent, protect intellectual rights,straight-forward tax regime and licensing.
A place where idle land is taxed and land speculators are taxed heavily.
A stable currency against major currencies and the ability to borrow from the world whenever the need arises.

A thinner public wage bill compared to the national budget, with more going to development.Eradicating poverty, disease and illiteracy.
A country able to attract foreign investments, tourists, and economic power houses[including emerging] in getting bilateral trade agreements.

A nation able to export to any part of the world without suffering prejudice or trade restrictions.
A Kenya that will sit at the table of nations and not a pariah state.
A state that has equitable distribution of the national cake and the exploration of its natural resources benefit the local communities and the nation as a whole.

A country whose head of state enjoys goodwill from the community of nations and one who is not a fugitive and can travel all over the world getting deals for the benefit of the state.
A country with guaranteed security, safeguarding life and property, devoid of organized gangs used for political gains.
A country whose education systems gives preference to the bright students n not the well en
dowed.

A country where all the plum public jobs don't go to one community.

Pretty much the Kenya i want.
About the road map,let someone add that.
The leader who'll take me to that Kenya? , , ,

To specify all these things and finish by asking for a leader to meet these demands is irresponsibility.

Was it Drucker who said that leadership is about doing the right thing and management doing things right?

It's like saying the problem with Harambee stars is lack of a good foreign coach.

Tunawesmake kweli?
