Yes mothers and sisters on a literal perspective...

ITINA, iTiNA, itina, ItIna is one word which means the same. Don't make us tell you what it means in depth.

Your continued use of it (no matter the context) is to say the least very disgusting and embarassing at your level assuming that you are grown ups.
