Nakuru is a great town not to mention very affordable. Am finishing my house in kiamunyi in 6 months time. I would recommend Milimani areas, and land along kiamunyi. The prices are still fair. You can get 1/4 from 1.2M depending on the location. Hit me up on lkaptich[at]propertyzote[dot]com

So I just got this information of plots in Kiamunyi in Nakuru going from Ksh1m and up for 1/4 an acre. Anyone with information about the area and if its a good residential place, and maybe a good return of investment sometime soon?

I have a friend who bought those plots over 10 years ago, built in the place, and it has been a good home for him. Doubtful the value of the land will appreciate quickly - but if you are looking for a home, then it may be a good place.
