Came across this company during the just ended Expo. Their website doesn't offer much, no history of their projects that I can find and their office numbers are cell phones. Anybody dealt with them or know more about them?

The only time you should be looking down on others is when you are helping them up.

Their Makazi mema product is really good. Call one of their representatives and they can take you to one of their show houses. I think they have a tour bus scheduled for this Saturday unless am mistaken.

Thanks @mainat. How was she at S&L? @Olu it is actually the makazi mema product that has me interested in them. However would like to know about the company and gauge if it is a genuine deal or another Kenyan property ponzi. Figured Wazua might be a good place to commence due diligence.

@ Elder....Personally, I have seen the two show houses..one in Juja and the other in Kitengela....the workmanship is good and the finishing well done.... As concerns their credentials, these are part of the guys doing the Longonot Gates project in Naivasha.

Elnder-I am sure the kcb fans will have a better view, but I was surprised when MOO gave her a package since she kept S&L afloat for many years until Kenya's RE picked up. Don't know her personally to vouch for her honesty though...

Based on past experiences, I can vouch for her. She has integrity and good exposure to the mortgage industry in Kenya. As mentioned earlier, Savings and Loan owes its survival to her.

The Owner Is Carol Karuiki. I met her back in 2009 while she was the head of KCB S&L. She is a very smart focused and entrepreneurial lady. She was actually the first individuals to welcome the idea of online property listing: Propertyzote.com in particular. It was a great and timely move for her to venture on her own. As at @bwenyeye says KCB S&L owes its survival to her. She indeed turned around S&L to what it is now. She is good to work with.
