I want to take my consulting business region (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda) in 2013.

I plan to use Kenyan companies as my launchpad.

Where can I get a list of Kenyan companies with regional operations?

What do you specialise in? A trip to the localities where you intend to venture into possibly with appointments from a few organisation whether kenyan or otherwise could probably be a good eye opennor.
Maybe the various Kenyan High Commissions could help, Ministry of foreign affairs could have the info.
If it's going to be of any use, Davis & Shirtliff have branches in all of the 3 above, Kenol Kobil and The Chandaria group are all over the world.
