Assuming that good cow yields 35 liters[ Remember most cows don't produce more than 20 liters] in a day and milk goes for 40 shillings per liter, a farmer will earn 1,400 shillings.
When all the costs are deducted from this, the result will be a loss!
Farmers can only make profit if the price of hay does not exceed 150 shillings.
