My little experience in the Mungiki Wars in Kirinyaga taught me that the Police are the last people to the crime scene and to act, if they come at all.

You and I have got resources. Let us use them.
Let us catch the perpetrators of the heinous act in action. Let us put a face to the grenade thrower then if the Justice System will not deal with them, at least I will know who it is and then where to find him/her/it.
