developing a plot for rent 60x40 in githurai 45.any takers?

Hello Guys,
I Recently finished paying for a plot in githurai 45 measuring 60x40,planing on building self contained single room flats for rent.anyone knows on how to go about it in terms of financing and if there is anyone with a similar project who can share their experience on the same.Cheers.
